ARC is licensed and insured and operates with a commitment to following applicable local requirements.
We obtain the required permits for qualifying projects in accordance with local policies and coordinate applicable inspections and engineering requirements. We believe proper permitting and compliance are important parts of a professionally managed roofing project—not optional extras.

Polyglass USA, Inc.
ARC also has certifications and product experience with Polyglass USA, Inc., a leading manufacturer of modified bitumen and waterproofing membranes, roof systems, and coatings for both low-slope and steep-slope applications.
This product knowledge allows ARC to provide roofing solutions beyond traditional asphalt shingles when a project requires an alternative roofing system.
APOC
ARC also works with products from APOC, a recognized manufacturer of commercial and residential roof restoration, waterproofing, and construction-maintenance products.
Our familiarity with multiple roofing systems allows us to evaluate the needs of each property and recommend materials appropriate for the specific project rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
Warranty Protection
We believe homeowners should have confidence in their roofing investment after the installation is complete.
For qualifying complete reroof projects, ARC provides a five-year workmanship warranty, subject to the applicable warranty terms and conditions.
In addition, qualifying roofing systems may include manufacturer material warranties offering up to a 50-year Tru PROtection warranty period, subject to the manufacturer's specific warranty terms, registration requirements, exclusions, limitations, and eligibility requirements.
This gives qualifying homeowners the benefit of ARC workmanship protection combined with manufacturer-backed material warranty coverage.
Financing Options
We understand that a roof replacement can be a significant investment. To help make quality roofing more accessible, ARC offers financing options through our financing broker, Enhancify, for qualifying customers.
Financing availability, terms, approval, and rates are subject to the applicable lender's requirements and credit approval.
