- Certification that all materials meet current building codes.
- Mid-project and final inspections to confirm installation meets international code standards.
- Obtaining a Certificate of Compliance (WPI-8) through the Texas Department of Insurance. This document is provided to you for submission to your homeowner’s insurance and the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association (TWIA) — often resulting in a 15–20% reduction in insurance premiums.
- Installation: Our roofing team is among the best in the area — professional, courteous, hardworking, and dedicated to delivering exceptional craftsmanship on every project.
- Warranty Registration: We register your manufacturer warranty for you and provide all relevant documentation for your records.
- Workmanship Guarantee: Every full roof installation is backed by our 5-Year Workmanship Warranty. If any leaks or issues arise during that period, we’ll respond promptly and fix the problem — no questions asked and at no cost to you.
